Terms
By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions and I will work assuming you are aware of them in full.I do not draw:
-Genitalia and/or images of a sexual or suggestive nature
-Fetishes of any sort
-Hard gore
-Characters without the permission of the owner
-Hate art of any kind
-MechaI reserve the right to refuse a commission due to its subject matter, even if it is not included in the above list.Payment
If the platform through which you commission me is Ko-fi, payment is made 100% upfront, as per the functionality of Ko-fi.
If you instead commission me, through any other channels, payment is made 50% upfront Through the appropiate Paypal link. After I recieve the first 50%, I will begin working on the artwork. The remainder will be paid after completion.I do not accept any other payment methods (Stripe, Venmo, Cashapp, cryptocurrencies, etc.)References
When commissioning me, send me character references. I accept references in the form of character art, character sheets or any sort of image.Written references are also accepted. If the reference is not sufficiently thorough, I will contact you to complete the information before the sketch of the commission is made. It's possible I may ask for additional image references if the original given reference is exclusively written.Revisions and edits
You will be sent a sketch after I am finished with that stage of the artwork, and I will wait for your approval to continue. (Does not apply to art with no sketch phase, like poly-lasso chibies or no anti-aliasing chibies. In those cases, you will be sent the colored file right away)At this point, you may request up to two revisions, included in the base price of the commission. Extra revisions will cost a variable fee, depending on the complexity and ammount of changes.Revisions after the sketch has been approved or on non-sketch artworks (poly-lasso chibies, no anti-aliasing chibies) will also cost a variable fee.I take no responsibility for errors made due to the client ommitting information when placing the commission. Likewise, I take no responsibility for errors made due to elements missing or misrepresented in the reference image(s).Refunds
Refunds will be given if for whatever reason I find myself unable to complete your commission. I will not refund a work once completed.If you wish to ask for a refund, I will issue a refund of 100% if I have not begun work on the commission.Digital products
My commissions are wholly digital products. By commissioning me, you accept it is impossible to receive a physical item.Rights
I reserve the right to post your commission on my social media, unless you request otherwise. If you request so upon commissining me, I will not post it.You may post your your commission on social media, so long as credit is given.You may never, under any circumstance, use my art for NFTs, even if purchased for commercial use. Likewise you may not ever use my art to train AI, even if purchased for commercial use.Commercial use
Additional rates apply to commercial use commissions.
At the base price, you may use your commission however you want to, so long as it's for non-commecial use.Please inquire beforehand if you wish to use the commission for commercial purposes.

My name is Inky, and I'm an artist from Catalonia, Spain.My hobbies, aside from drawing, include music, DND, general arts and crafts and complaining about the Spanish rail network (A.K.A RENFE, A.K.A My Sworn Enemy).I started drawing because when I was a child and early teen, I had nothing better to do when I finished my class work and it's sort of snowballed from there into what I'm trying to do with my life.
Classrooms have been the bane of my existence since age twelve, but I have no guarantee the internet thing is ever going to pay my bills, so I'm trying to pursue a more traditional career in the arts at the same time. I'm studying Illustration :)
(After dropping out of a digital art for games college course for a myriad of reasons, among which were my hatred for writing essays and my hatred for 3D modeling)I'm asexual aromantic, but definitely A Romantic. I love making fictional characters kiss, and I'm generally just really impassioned about feelings. Maybe not my own romantic ones, but the other ones for sure.Thank you for taking a second to learn a bit about me, and I hope you like the drawings I make!
